American Express v. Client

American Express made a demand on client for a past-due balance on an American Express Business Platinum Card in the amount of approximately $375,000.  American Express was demanding payment in full and threatening suit.  We were able to successfully able to negotiate a 36-month payment plan with no monthly interest.
